My name is Adam Sinicki, I'm a writer, bodybuilder and gentleman with over 300 published articles. Ever since I was a kid I've been unhealthily obsessed with action heroes and super heroes (as well as sandwiches). That's why I started martial arts, parkour and most importantly bodybuilding, to try and get myself to the best level of fitness I could.
I've done tons of research over the years and have been something of a guinea pig for unusual training techniques, new gyms and new products. Through the site I share the tips that have helped me get strong, review the products & gyms that rocked or sucked and give insight into my current training on my training blog!. With guest articles from friends and contributors there's always plenty going on. I do hope you'll enjoy it all.

On the site you can read a selection of my articles on the articles page or reviews of gyms and supplements on the reviews page. see me pose in the gallery, read my progress both as a bodybuilder and writer on the blog, watch me do stupid stunts on the Monkey stunts page, or check out some bloody decent links. If you're really feeling fun you could even buy some t-shirts from my shop. So go and do those things they're all really fun. I do all the time and I wrote them.
I'd like to thank a few peeps for helping me with my training and with the site: my step-granddad (yes that is an acceptable spelling of granddad) Bernard for getting me into training, Matt Tutt the ultimate internet entrepreneur for helping with my site, my mate 'Goof' for being a decent gym buddy and Janik for the same reason. Also I'd like to thank Si Sparrowhawk and Rich Silverton although I don't know why as they haven't done anything remotely helpful either of them. Most importantly though I'd like to thank Elo my dog for always being there for me, and also Benjy his maingy younger brother.

Bio
As I've said, and as you can tell from the fact that it's splashed all over the page, my name is Adam Sinicki. I'm 20 years old and I'm a student studying Psychology at Surrey University but this year I'm on placement writing for a magazine called Writers' News. It's cool there but unfortunately to do it I had to move to Leeds. Leeds the shithole. I'm currently living in a one bedroom flat where I try not to let the solitary confinement and coldness drive me insane. It's good for productivity though.
Originally I'm from Bournemouth, AKA the happiest place in all the land. There the clouds are made of marshmallow and you can always hear the little birds singing. They do requests. I miss it there a bit as you can tell. I especially miss my dog Elo; leaving him was the hardest thing I've ever had to do... Anyway, enough about me; how are you?
