Adam Sinicki's Fitness Training Advice


Hello and welcome to the new and improved Adam Sinicki.com! As you can guess from the title I'm into bodybuilding and fitness, but I'm also into self improvement and writing. For a living I write articles on health and fitness and in my spare time I pick up big heavy lumps of metal and put them back down again repeatedly. Anyway as I continue my quest to become some kind of mix between Arnie, Kal El and Richard Branson I have various tips, advice, annoyances and rants that I find myself wanting to share. When I tell my Mum or girlfriend they say 'SHUT UP ADAM AND GO AND LIFT SOMETHING. YOU STUPID, STUPID CRETIN!' (I'm paraphrasing).

Thus I present to you my website where I hope you'll join me in my quest to develop my muscle, brain and bank account and you'll also put up with me ranting about idiots in the gym, reflecting on manhood in the modern era and riling on about my love for sandwiches (I LOVE sandwiches).

Using The Site



What you have here is called a 'website'. This is a kind of imaginary 'screen' if you want that floats in a 'web'. By clicking the menu you can navigate your eyes to various categories of things and then read those using 'human language'.

What you have here is the blog which is where I talk about my daily shite about once a week and moan and recite sandwich recipes. It's on 'Blogger', but that's because it's been around a long time and I'm sentimental, get used to it. Then there's my videos of me exercises and demonstrating things in my pants on YouTube. This inadvertantly got me a big gay following (why hello there!). Then there's the shop where you can buy my books - because there probably isn't enough of me on the internet. There's the articles which is where the heavy duty literature goes make yourself a cup of tea first and get ready for a wild ride. There's advice which is where you write in and I point out what you're doing wrong and lastly there's the services page for if you want to hire me to do something. I'll do anything for money, I'm pretty much a monkey-bitch-whore.


Bio

As you've guessed, my name is Adam Sinicki and I'm into bodybuilding and writing. Hence this website where I share bodybuilding advice through the beautiful medium of writing. I'm also into general self improvement so you can expect some Tony Robins style lifestyle stuff here.
Writing bodybuilding articles is actually my day job and I write thousands of words for other sites during the day (I programme a bit on the side too). Contact me if you want some sterling articles for your own site. I also write personalised training programmes at $50 a pop - so just e-mail and PayPal me if you want that. But this site is a labour of love so I can share my advice in my own way and with my own voice. I wish to be HEARD Goddammit! Oh and I'm also getting into fitness modelling, though I recently had a bad experience when a man made me piggy back him around a hotel. I'd rather not talk about it okay.
What do I do the rest of the time when I'm not sharing fitness training advice? Well I am currently moving to Ealing with my girlfriend Hannah. NICE! I also enjoy the gym as you can guess and the odd spot of free running. When I'm at home I drink tea, eat tuna, drink apple juice and read comics. My shelves are full of IRON MAN!
