Adam Sinicki's Fitness Training Advice

Q: Hello there! My name is Michelle.

I wondering if u could help me. i watched ur Home Bodyweight Biceps Workout (Using Pull-Up Bar) video and was very good. At the moment im skint so the only thing i have for work out is a telescopic exercise bar (when it turns up, stupid amazon). I need to some do some chest exercises, stomach, legs and ass... i dont mind floor exercises. Any help would be great.

A: Hi Michelle, Thanks I'm glad you like the videos! When you say exercise bar is that a pull up bar or a barbell? How much weight do you have if it's the latter? I can help you with some chest exercises if you let me know which you've got there! Meanwhile for the legs and ass check out my video on home bodyweight legs workout. These are all things you can do without weights - one legged squats, calf raises, sissy squats (where you lean back and go up on your tip-toes), jumping jacks etc. For the stomach sit ups are good, but I'd also highly recommend press ups as they require your ab muscles to keep your body straight and if you do lots of them quickly you'll find you tone up there too. If it's a pull up bar you've got then leg raises or even just normal pull ups are also great. Hope that helps a bit! Good luck with the training :-)

Q: Dude, Im 12 and I want to know how can I get six pack abs. Can you give me like a daily rutine or something. Thanx I wanna empress a girl also just like a daily rutine to get stronger all over my body I have a high metabolizm so im skinny how long do you think it will take and I dont want to get EXTREMLY buff lol

Hey buddy you messaged me a while back but I can't remember if I answered you! Am just going through my old messages now. Anyway just to make sure - I'd recommend doing several sets of 10-30 reps (as any as you can do in one go). Three sets of ten to start with building up to three sets of thirty and then maybe doing some other different sit ups too such as twisting ones and hanging ones etc. If you do say: 3 x 10 sit ups 3 x 10 twisting sit ups 3 x 10 crunches 3 x 10 leg raises for example, and do this every other day then I reckon it could take you about two months to start seeing the six pack. But also make sure you do lots of CV.
