Description: The score for this product comes mostly from the taste. As a pudding, this is a divine creation; as a muscle builder however it is severely lacking and the emphasis in the title should definitely be on 'weight gainer'. The delicious taste comes from a very high amount of sugar which will be heading straight to the gut. I speak from experience. The picture of the toned abs and pecs are not a result achieveable through using this gainer.

It also claims to be high in carbs (I assume it's not referring to the sugar which will give you an energy peak then troph), and that this will help you recover from workouts. If this is something you require you can get more carbs from your regular diet that will be cheaper and more effective (bananas are the secret to success).

The blurb on the back also claims that the product has a lot of nutritional value, but this has barely any value for those who eat a normal diet. It also causes a slight but noticeable bloat and doesn't mix particularly well. In other words it's a tub of fairly healthy calories. The product has value as a cheap weight gainer for an extreme ectomorph who is looking to gain weight any kind of weight in a cheap and very delicious way. Get vanilla flavour.
